All areas of the Palais de la Porte Dorée are accessible to disabled persons.
On the corner of place Edouard Renard and rue Armand Rousseau, a ramp offers access to persons with reduced mobility. A level pathway leads from the ramp to an elevator behind the administrative entrance. A map is available at the end of the ramp.
Due to counter-terrorism measures, access to this ramp is closed: to reach the forecourt please use the interphone at the administrative entrance (on the right when facing the main entrance).
A reserved parking space is available on avenue Armand Rousseau opposite the access ramp in addition to two spaces inside the Palace grounds. If you wish to access the institution’s parking places, please inform us when you book.
Our personnel are trained for receiving disabled persons. Mediators are available during your visit.
Wheelchairs are at your disposal on request at the cloakroom.
Collapsible seats are also available on a self-serve basis in the museum.
Telecoils for guided visits are available for visitors with a hearing disability. Our audiophone devices for guided visits are compatible with hearing aids.
A computer workstation is equipped with a screen reader and audio books are available at the Abdelmalek Sayad Mediatheque.
Guided visits of the museum may be arranged for persons with a mental handicap.
Individual visitors are admitted free of charge upon presentation of a MDPH or Mobilité Inclusion card. Groups of handicapped persons are eligible for tickets at a reduced price.
